The Club is not responisible for items lost or stolen during bike meetings, races or get-togethers.
All members must wear proper safety equipment at all times. Riders ride at their own risk. The Club will not be held responsible for personal injury or damage to rider equipment.
All Club members under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian during all events.
All new members will be required to sign a waiver upon paying dues and membership fees, releasing the club legally of all liability. By signing this waiver, you are not only agreeing to the above conditions, you will also be agreeing to allow the GPBRA to publish any photos, news, updates, names of riders and other points of interest on this site.
